We are looking for a person to support our team in the following areas:
The Role:
A Real Estate Administrator is deeply committed to supporting the team and team lead in achieving greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

Skills and Experience:
- Real Estate License required or willing to obtain real estate license within 3 - 6 months of employment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be organized, detail oriented and have strong communication skills
- Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Previous experience preferred but not required
