We are looking for a person to support our team in the following areas:

The Role:

  • Event planning
  • Transaction coordination
  • Provide client care services including written and verbal communication
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and realtors
  • Assist in the coordination of events and meetings
  • Support the team with marketing & social media posts
  • Run errands and set up listings as needed

A Real Estate Administrator is deeply committed to supporting the team and team lead in achieving greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

Duties:

  • Build and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
  • Manage and Oversee Virtual Assistants and Showing Agents
  • Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
  • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members
  • Manage CRM
  • Organize, attend and help facilitate annual events and manage a marketing calendar
  • System development, implementation, and management
  • Information management
  • Oversight of contracts through closing
  • Customer/Vendor relations
  • Manage and Order Supplies

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Marketing skills - social media, print, and web based
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Order/Handle Invoices As Needed

Skills and Experience:

- Real Estate License required or willing to obtain real estate license within 3 - 6 months of employment

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Must be organized, detail oriented and have strong communication skills

- Must be available to work some evenings and weekends

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

- Previous experience preferred but not required
