Certified Soil, Concrete, Asphalt Field Technician
Job Posting for Certified Soil, Concrete, Asphalt Field Technician at Kim Engineering, Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Perform soil testing and analysis in a laboratory setting
- Collect soil samples from construction sites and other locations
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Analyze data and prepare reports on soil composition and characteristics
- Collaborate with construction teams to provide recommendations for soil improvement
- Assist in concrete forming and masonry projects as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of soil testing procedures and equipment
- Experience in construction inspection and quality control
- Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately
- Proficient in data collection and report writing
- Familiarity with contract specifications related to soil composition
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
