Job Title: Website Manager
Department: ME Time Marketing
Job Summary: As a Website Manager at Kimberbell, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the digital presence of our brand. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating our website to ensure a seamless user experience, managing e-commerce functionalities, optimizing content for search engines, and analyzing website performance metrics to drive improvements. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies and initiatives effectively. With your keen eye for detail and technical expertise, you'll contribute to enhancing Kimberbell's online visibility and driving growth in our digital footprint.
Position Type:
- ¾ -time (30-37 hours per week)
- Full-time (37-40 hours per week)
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Tracks and reports on key metrics, as defined by ME Time team.
- Create and maintain dashboards.
- Works with IT to test new functionality and ensure data integrity.
- Supports implementation of new processes and workflows between different systems and departments.
- Manages end-to-end testing, including but not limited to: creating test cases, validating tests, making internal and external testing assignments
- Troubleshoot data inconsistencies
- Manages ME Time Store. Make sure all listings are consistent with the brand.
- Develops and manages full process for bringing in new store products:
- Fully research new products to vet for SEO, relevance; cost, pricing and margins; and quality.
- Purchase product samples for testing
- Drive DACI for quantity and pricing of new products
- Assigning images for new products; assign copy/descriptions; assign tutorials
- Creating listings for new products
- Coordinating launch of new products with emails, promotions
- Track sales to determine whether product has permanent viability
- Recommend campaigns, sales, and product retirement.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required.
- At least one year of related experience is required.
- WordPress developer, or has extensive knowledge of the WordPress CMS, highly preferred.
- Knowledge of NetSuite preferred(on-job training available).
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Throughout the day, you'll monitor social media channels for customer feedback and inquiries, promptly addressing any concerns. Your role also involves staying updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing new features or technologies to enhance the website's functionality and user experience. Whether you're conducting A/B tests, coordinating with vendors, or refining content strategies, your focus remains on driving continuous improvement and maximizing Kimberbell's online presence.
