The Master Data Associate is a member of the Recipe Management Team (RMT) and is responsible for SAP ERP data creation, maintenance, audit, testing, standards, and training. Additionally, the role provides support and consultation to functional business stakeholders in all areas related to KCNA master data, working closely with KCNA Planning teams, Forecast to Stock (FTS) COE, and PLM Change Coordination Team (CCT). The scope of this position spans SAP ERP Material Master and workflow, SAP location data, recipes, and other supply chain related data. In this role, you will: Create and update recipes in SAP ERP Execute and analyze SAP ERP reports to identify non-compliant data and problem solve findings. Prioritize workload to ensure standard lead times are met with no impact to mill operations. Drive compliance to best practices and standard business processes across Consumer teams according to established process maps and best practices. Create and/or update work instructions, procedures, and training materials and provide training for assigned process. Drive continuous improvement through automated tools, report creation, and/or business procedures as needed. Respond to user issues by providing a high level of collaboration and responsiveness to troubleshooting. Document trends in user issues and work with Planning, FTS, and CCT to develop lasting solutions to prevent issue recurrence. Upload and update Monthly Rate Refresh Data The successful candidate will join the Digital Manufacturing team and report to the Logistics Master Data Sr Manager. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, business/related field, or equivalent business experience. 1 years of Supply Chain experience; preferably within Product/Material Planning, Customer Logistics or Distribution Management. Hands-on experience using SAP S4 HANA, SAP R3, SAP PLM, or SAP AOP systems and processes are required. Experience utilizing WINSHUTTLE (data process automation tool) is desired.
