As a Procurement Analyst, you'll be a variable resource within the Global Procurement Center of Expertise (COE).
This role is committed to unlocking incremental value and accelerating value delivery of procurement projects.
You'll deliver high visibility, high ROI projects across categories in collaboration with the Procurement Agile Sr.
Manager, category leaders and business leaders.
You'll work on project management, team leadership, problem solving / critical thinking skills, financial analysis, effective stakeholder management skills, and an understanding of strategic category management, development, and negotiation.
The role will support multiple projects in parallel.
This is an individual contributor role as a member of an agile squad, reporting into the Procurement Agile Sr.
Manager for Procurement Analytics.
**International Relocation: No relocation offered for candidates outside of the US.
Responsibilities:
Project Execution - 80%
Provide global and regional category teams with analytics, RFP/RFQ/RFI content development, and business case building for sourcing execution
Accelerate value delivery on key sourcing efforts in the pipeline by adding analytics, rigor and horsepower while utilizing a broad set of capabilities
Leverage agile principles and problem-solving frameworks to lead projects, provide structure and to provide recommendations on the approach for sourcing events
Drive incremental value in current and future sourcing efforts by deploying critical thinking and problem-solving tools
Collaborate with cross-functional team members and provide support to leadership on projects
Develop strategic sourcing strategies in alignment with squad value improvement/ cost saving goals and broader organizational objectives
Capability Building- 20%
Contribute to the development & deployment of the 'Agile Playbook' for procurement, including materials and process guidelines
Develop problem solving capabilities with the Procurement function, promote an agile culture and problem-solving approach and drive adoption.
Implement, and monitor related measures to increase enterprise strategic agility.Coordinate and facilitate community of practice activities to drive shared learnings across the function
Required:
US based candidate
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or other related discipline
1 years of experience in quantitative and/or business skill such as Procurement Analytics, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Strategic Category Management, Contract Negotiations
Experience managing and delivering projects for executive stakeholders
Solid analytical and communication skills with ability to engage with and influence internal stakeholders and external partners
Demonstrated record of delivering solid business results
Advanced working knowledge of COUPA, MS Office, and other relevant procurement tools and systems
Preferred:
Master's degree in Finance, Supply Chain or other business discipline preferred
Prior experience or certification in agile ways of working & methodology
Demonstrated experience solving projects as an internal or external consultant
