Requirements:Job summary
· Responsible for the efficient operation of commissary services at a particular detention center as assigned.
· Responsible for onsite fiduciary functions including but not limited to cleaning out of kiosks, financial reporting, credits and adjustments, deposits, and any other financial responsibilities as required by the facility.
· Responsible for placing orders manually or electronically for inmates. Receiving, separating, and preparing individual inmate commissary orders for distribution to inmates in the respective assigned housing location.
· Distributing individual commissary orders to inmates at times and locations as directed by the facility administrator.
· Properly handling shortages or damages for orders within company policy.
· Caring for and maintaining any on-site products and keeping the work areas clean.
· Maintaining equipment necessary to carry out the commissary functions at assigned facility.
· Provide general hardware service to computers, onsite kiosks/tablets and related equipment as well as basic software maintenance and assistance.
· Act as liaison with facility staff on a day to day basis.
· Assist facility staff with basic software training and operation.
· Work closely with the Regional Manager and the Field Operations Manager to provide best in class service to the assigned facility including reporting service or relationship issues immediately.
· Supervise other employees as assigned.

· Represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
· Be responsible for all onsite commissary fiduciary responsibilities.
· Maintain onsite technology.
· Supervise Assistant Manager and part-time commissary employee(s).
· Ensure overall efficiency of onsite commissary operation and client satisfaction.
· Ensure that all facility security regulations and procedures are adhered to by all company staff on site.
· Maintain a working knowledge of company software and equipment installed at assigned facility.
· Carry out duties as assigned by company management.
Minimum requirements
Possess the skill to accurately count and maintain records on large amounts of cash.
A general working knowledge of company software and related hardware used at assigned facility to conduct the commissary operation.
Ability to manage others and work well individually and as part of a team.
Read and comprehend documentation written at a nationally accepted high school level.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have the ability to work in a secure corrections environment.
Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Lift items weighing up to sixty (60) pounds to a height of 54 inches

Salary : $30,000 - $50,000
