Job Posting for Electro Mechanical Assembler at Kimco Staffing
Position: Control Electro-mechanical Assembler Location: Fullerton, CA Pay: $20.00 Hours: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm Plus overtime as needed
Reputable aerospace manufacture is looking for a Control Electro-mechanical Assembler to performs long cycle assembly of electronic and/or electro-mechanical products and subassemblies with high level complexity under direction of Assembly Lead.
Essential Functions:
Assembles and reworks electronic and electromechanical precision assemblies and subassemblies such as micro-switches, uses oscilloscope, power supplies, and performs electrical testing.
Assembles components with more than 100 parts per unit taking up to 30 hours to assemble
Reads detailed blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Completes soldering and wiring as required in completion of the product.
Notifies supervisor of shortages or inferior parts immediately.
Performs quality work with some inspection checks by Lead person or Quality Control.
Exercises and maintains good housekeeping and safety principles in the completion of work assignments.
Parts are larger in size therefore, microscope assembly is not applicable
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a precision assembler
Ability to read detailed blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and follow both written and verbal instructions.
Good organizational skills
Ability to perform all tasks safely
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Capable of passing pre-employment screening drug test and background check
