Position Summary
Responsible for managing the billing, aging, reviewing orders on credit hold, and handling inbound and outbound collections calls. Manages the collections team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Deliver excellent credit results through the Performance Management of a team of 10 Collectors.
· Scope - $75M Portfolio, 1,500 Parent/13,000 Site level accounts.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Financial Shared Services to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience.
· Drive a Process Management focused team.
· Lead technology initiatives through ERP (NetSuite) enhancements and GetPaid Design and Implementation.
· Manage Customer Dispute/Deduction Management process (DMP). Utilize data driven analysis to call-out problems preventing timely Collections and address issues at root-cause.
· Support Growth and Development of team.
· Monitor customer accounts for delinquencies and skipped invoices
· Other job-related duties as required.

· 3 years in a Credit & Collections leadership role.

· Atlanta, GA will be home base. In office as needed, however, hybrid - 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.
