The Kimpton Armory Hotel in Bozeman MT is looking for highly motivated and professional Sous Chefs to join our team!
We have 3 restaurants, our fine dining flagship is Fieldings, where we serve “Modern Mountain Cuisine” focusing on local products and polished techniques. Fine dining experience is preferred but not required. Must be passionate in all things Montana and able to adapt to weekly menu changes, daily tasting menus, advanced plating techniques and working in an open kitchen.
Sky Shed is our rooftop restaurant. We serve internationally inspired, locally sourced small plates with the best view in the town! The vibe is really relaxed, music is pumping and food is flowing! We do high volume here with very simple pick ups- experience is preferred but not required.
Tune Up is our basement speak easy bar- with live music and small plates with big flavor!
We have a thriving and busy banquet program as well.
We have a core team of very positive and upbeat cooks, our chef is highly collaborative and fosters a learning environment.
