In this position, you will be responsible for safely transporting food, packages and other items from our company to clients at their requested destinations. The ideal candidate will have experience as a delivery driver or similar type of job, as well as a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Candidates with professional moving experience are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a car or truck for the purpose of delivering items to a customer.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Exercise caution when driving in adverse weather conditions, such as snow and rain.
- Negotiate with customers on prices, routes, and specific items being delivered.
- Ensure the vehicle is stocked with items being delivered.
- Wear an appropriate uniform or company shirt while working.
- Attend an orientation at the client's office.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
