KinderCare is looking for a CX Analyst take an active role in shaping our organization’s approach to capturing, measuring, and making sense of the experience of our customers. This role reports to the Director of Customer Experience and will work closely with the digital product teams to create a best-in-class digital experience throughout all stages of the customer journey.

The CX Analyst will be passionate about understanding and advocating for the needs of our customer. The right candidate will have a background that prepares them to pursue insights that help teams improve the customer experience; they must be comfortable working with data, and be willing to create & own business intelligence dashboards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the CX Director to identify new ways to measure the feedback we get from our customers
  • Act as a catalyst for creative thinking and non-traditional solutions through brainstorms and product planning meetings in pursuit of seamless customer experience
  • Construct pilots to test potential avenues for expanding our understanding of our customers
  • Using PowerBI, develop reporting methods to quantify and systematize sentiment metrics for different stakeholder groups throughout the organization
  • Collaborate with internal teams focused on providing digital enhancements to the customer journey
  • Collaborate with external agencies or contractors as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional skillsets, including product teams, steering committees, strategic initiative reporting, financial planning & analysis, multiple IT architecture domains, etc

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the lifecycle of data storytelling, including data collection, data storage, data reporting, and dashboard management
  • Experience working with an external agency and digital product teams
  • Required: expertise in data analysis (e.g. DAX, SQL, Power Query, etc)
  • Preferred: proficient in PowerBI
  • Familiar with a cloud data environment, preferably AWS
  • Requires true passion for digital customer experience as well as being a creative thought-leader; experience working with transformation initiatives and agile environments is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to travel occasionally to visit childcare centers to meet with customers.
  • BA in data & analytics, customer experience, or related field preferred
