KinderCare is looking for a CX Analyst take an active role in shaping our organization’s approach to capturing, measuring, and making sense of the experience of our customers. This role reports to the Director of Customer Experience and will work closely with the digital product teams to create a best-in-class digital experience throughout all stages of the customer journey.
The CX Analyst will be passionate about understanding and advocating for the needs of our customer. The right candidate will have a background that prepares them to pursue insights that help teams improve the customer experience; they must be comfortable working with data, and be willing to create & own business intelligence dashboards.
