Job Summary\:
People are at the heart of our business. Our small group of People Analytics experts answer complex people related questions, build understanding of the people drivers of business outcomes, and tell a compelling story that connects evidence to experience. In this role, you will provide analytic and consultative support to the HR and Compensation functions turning unique people insights into action and packaging information for regular updates to senior leadership. You will leverage your technical expertise to develop complex data models and integrate People Analytics into the fabric of business decision making leveraging workforce trends to support business growth.
Responsibilities\:
- Analyze Compensation and HR data to highlight opportunities and support outcomes through data gathering, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations.
- Partner with leadership and the business to clearly define outcomes and deliver relevant, actionable analysis of complex data.
- Operate as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design, methodology, modeling, and impact analysis.
- Solve business problems by leveraging techniques such as segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics, and machine learning.
- Connect data to business process by identifying evidence-based solutions that drive program outcomes.
- Create compelling, executive ready summaries that demonstrate thorough understanding of effective visual communication and tangible analytical skills.
- Grow strong relationships to identify and recommend areas for future analysis.
- Bring together KinderCare data and outside research to help leaders understand people issues and how the organization fits into market trends.
- Keep abreast of trends in the analytics practice. Recommend and influence innovation in the analytics space.
Qualifications\:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, I/O Psychology, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience analyzing business outcomes, experience with people data preferred
- Experience with structured and semi-structured data using tools such as SQL, SAS, Python or R
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to influence through analytic insights
