Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Support the lead teacher in managing the classroom and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtime, naptime, and bathroom breaks.
- Engage children in educational and play activities to promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Experience in toddler care and classroom management techniques.
- Proficiency in math concepts suitable for preschool-aged children.
- Familiarity with daycare and childcare regulations and best practices.
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate curriculum materials.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
