Site Director

Champions is bringing our accredited programs near you! We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Site Directors with strong leadership skills who can elevate our before-and-after school programs to the next level!

When you join our team as a Site Director:

• Lead, Supervise, and Inspire teachers to build unique and engaging classroom experiences
• Plan daily program schedule and activities based on the curriculum provided
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our camps by hosting hiring and enrollment events
• Maintain high level of health and safety for all staff and families
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, school community partners

Qualifications:

• Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
• A love for children and a strong desire to create engaging and fun environments
• Meet state specific requirements
• Previous experience as a Site Director, Group Lead, Site Supervisor, and Site Leader, Youth Leader, Camp Counselor, After School Teacher, Extended Day Counselor, or similar highly preferred
• 48 units (accumulative and in any field OK) OR Para Educator certified
