Your role during this season includes bringing holiday cheer by implementing KinderCare's curriculum to match children’s unique needs, fostering a warm and nurturing environment, partnering with parents to create magical experiences, collaborating for center success, and building strong connections with families and the community.
Key qualifications include exceptional customer service skills, organizational prowess, and the enthusiasm to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification. Physical readiness involves lifting a minimum of 40 pounds and active engagement in holiday-themed activities.
