Required Skills and Experience:
- At least two years of solid leadership experience
- Ability to lead diverse and equitable teams
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with families and team members
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Budget and financial accountability (revenue generation experience preferred)
- Knowledge of State Licensing and Accreditation (NAEYC/NAC preferred)
- Meet state director's licensing requirements (required)
