```Duties```
As the Preschool Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and educational programs of our preschool. Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing curriculum that aligns with educational standards
- Managing and supervising teaching staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing professional development opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with parents and families to create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Handling administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and enrollment management

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in education administration or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of 2 teachers
- Experience in strategic planning and implementing educational initiatives
- Large center director qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with parents, staff, and community members
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for young children
