Manager, Aseptic Supply Planning

Look no further, we are hiring for a motivated, talented, and passionate Manager, Aseptic Supply Planning tojoin our St. Louis Missouri team! As the Manager, Aseptic Supply Planning at Kindeva Drug Delivery, you will be a critical leader in our end-to-end supply chain operations, specializing in Multiproduct and multi- customer settings. This role requires a dynamic professional with over 5 years of experience in multiproduct/multi-customer supply chain management and a strong background in proven team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and a history of successful expansion or startup initiatives.   ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:    1.         Demand Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with sales, marketing, MS&T, and production teams to develop accurate demand forecasts. Create and maintain a robust supply planning process to meet customer requirements. 2.         Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to balance customer service levels with cost-effectiveness. Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize excess or obsolete stock. 3.         Production Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules to align with demand forecasts and production capacity. Ensure timely release of production orders to meet delivery commitments. 4.         Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to monitor and manage the timely delivery of raw materials and components. Mitigate potential supply chain disruptions and implement contingency plans. 5.         Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply planning efficiency and accuracy. Generate regular reports to provide insights into supply chain performance. 6.         Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs within the supply planning function. Implement best practices and recommend system improvements. 7.         Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, logistics, and quality to ensure alignment in supply chain operations. 8.         Budget Management: Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.   BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:   Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 5 years of end-to-end supply chain experience in a multiproduct/multi-customer setting, with a specific focus on Small Volume Parenterals (SVPs). Proven track record of team leadership, setting performance expectations, and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Ability to take ownership and work cross-functionally across all departments and colleague level within the company.
