The Business Office Liaison / Patient Accounts Coordinator is responsible for multiple hospital back-office functions as they relate to the Central Business Office (CBO). The Business Office Liaison / Patient Accounts Coordinator is the liaison between CBO and hospital team. Responsibilities include but not limited to - daily census/room and board reconciliation; daily admissions audits; daily monitoring of revenue usage report and daily processing of outside services procedures data entry, maintain accrual log and follow-up on invoices from third party providers.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment
- Ability to project a professional image
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions (AS-400, Word processing, databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
Education and/or Experience:
- Experience in a health care setting preferred
- One (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required
