Kinetics Noise Control, Inc. is hiring!
We are looking to fill Assembly Specialist positions in our manufacturing facility located in Dublin, OH. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to work on our 1st shift. No experience? No problem! We will train the right candidates!
As Assembly Specialist you will ensure fabrication of parts are completed correctly and corresponds with the engineering print.
Daily tasks include:
- Assembling ceiling tiles
- Punch and assembling RIM floors
- Bonding material
- Dipping KIP products
- Edge harden fiberglass boards
- Operate panel saw
- Mold uncured fiberglass
- Operate a waterjet
- Run various other equipment
All these need to be done according to order specifications
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required on the equipment or material we use
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have the ability to read engineering drawings and bill of materials
- Must be able to work in our manufacturing plant located in Dublin, Ohio
- Must have excellent attendance
- May be required to work overtime (as needed)
- Must be able to read engineering drawings and bill of materials
- Must be able to operate a computerized panel saw, hydraulic molding press, waterjet, and other various equipment
- Must be able to operate a forklift and/or truck motor
Physical requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, grabbing, pulling, carrying, and twisting
- Dusty environment that is not climate-controlled
- May work around high temperature molding machines
- Involves working with fiberglass insulation
- Moderate to heavy physical activity such as walking and lifting is required on a daily basis (up to 70 lbs.)
Hours:
- This is a First Shift position - hours are 5:00 am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday (4 Ten Hour Days – a day off will be taken during the week)
