About the Executive Assistant role:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting a group of senior executives and ensuring they are well supported. In this role, you will help the Chief Executive Office, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Chief of Staff remain organized and ensure their schedules and tasks are running smoothly..
What you’ll do in the Executive Assistant role:
- Organized and thorough note taking and follow up during both internal and external meetings.
- Manage complex calendar management including travel arrangements for multiple members on the executive team.
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Ability to perform basic research and reporting on an ad-hoc basis, with little direction.
- Communicate with members of all departments and work cross functionally as needed.
- Maintain and develop skills and knowledge related to the health technology industry
- Perform CRM administrative responsibilities; reporting, customer database maintenance.
- Ability to manage and monitor tasks and data through use of various software (Notion, ClickUp, Salesforce)
- Track action items and commitments of others to the executive members you support, helping ensure blockers are removed and deadlines are met.
- Assist in maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs and service.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years of office management or executive assistant experience, ideally in a fast growing company.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Planning, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Extreme attention to detail
- Event management experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask.
- Competence in MS Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Valid work authorization required.
