```Job Overview``` We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. ```Responsibilities``` - Manage and supervise daily store operations - Provide guidance and support to team members - Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff - Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times - Monitor and maintain inventory levels - Oversee stock replenishment and merchandising - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and objectives - Collaborate with the Manager to achieve sales targets - Assist in implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in retail sales or related field - Bilingual (preferred) - Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively - Exceptional time management and organizational abilities - Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems - Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication If you are a motivated individual with a passion for retail, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
