Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart
- Assist in taking reservations or managing waitlists
- Communicate with guests to ensure their needs are met
- Help maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Support food service staff as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of basic food service procedures is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours
