Opportunity:

Kingdom Taproom and Table are seeking friendly, outgoing, and motivated person with a passion for serving others. Both restaurants are locally owned, and offer two unique experiences - elevated casual dining at Table, and a beer-centric experience in our Taproom.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Servers to join our tight-knit team. At Kingdom Taproom and Table, we strive to provide the highest quality of service. As a Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our guiding our guests throughout their experience. We take a great deal of pride in the food and beverages we offer, and hope to find new team members that are equally eager to learn and provide informative service to our guests.

Responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean, tidy, and prepared when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d love to meet you.

Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities:

- Must have complete familiarity with our menus.
- Must have full knowledge of beer and beverage offerings, or the willingness to learn.
- Be pleasant, kind, and informative to guide guests through their dining experience.
- Proactively attentive to the needs of guests.
- Following health code standards with regard to the handling of food.
- Help other team members whenever possible and maintain a dedication towards teamwork.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the general manager or MOD.

Seeking Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Toast POS system
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must provide exceptional service.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
