Position Summary

A licensed pharmacy technician who can provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

1) Assist pharmacist in preparation of prescription,inputting data into computer, and operation of register.

2) Assist customers in all areas of the pharmacy practice as permitted by law.

3) Restocking shelves

4) Handling sales transactions

5) Refills and maintains automated dispensing system

6) Receive and check in product order

7) Collect overstocked products and prepare returns

8) Assist in all ares of the store operations as dictated by pharmacist in charge

9) Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of pharmacy

10) Maybe required to deliver to customers

Education

Must be a certified pharmacy technician with Texas state board of pharmacy

Requirements

It is required that every employee of Kings Daughters Pharmacy provide excellent customer service and care. To maintain a cheerful and pleasant demeanor. Each employee should extend the same type of courtesy to co-workers. Must maintain a valid Texas drivers license in good standing and have reliable transportation.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Pharmacy technician experience: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (Required)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Required)
