Position Summary: The Sales Operations Manager will report to the SVP of Sales. The role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales strategy & planning process to include but not limited to Strategic Planning, Sales Programs, Reporting & Analysis, and Sales Compensation strategy. Additional participation and management in Annual Operating Planning, budget analysis, reporting, analytics to include oversight of sales coverage and capacity models. This role is key to Kinly’s growth. This role will focus on utilizing data and analytics to develop strategic insights to measure and manage business outcomes. The role will be required to develop sound business cases and recommendations for the Executive Leadership team and cross-functional leadership including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT and Engineering to drive optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing assessment of the sales motion, strategies and core processes
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives to drive sales effectiveness
  • Identifying new strategic sales opportunities and define programs to drive growth
  • Determining key drivers of business and operational health and align cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success against those drivers
  • Develop standardize scorecards and dashboards to bring transparency into business performance and arm sales leadership with insights needed to drive business
  • Measuring and reporting on effectiveness of programs to ensure ROI
  • Consistently provide insights into the effectiveness of the sales team as well as guidance to manage and measure individual and team success
