Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years proven experience working in a high energy, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional knowledge of wines and a demonstrated ability to guide guests in making informed wine choices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with guests and fellow staff members.
- Proficiency in restaurant Point of Service and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Current Food Handler and Basset Certificates.
