We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and attracting qualified candidates, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and seamless recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach activities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR management and key stakeholders.
