As a multi-state Truck/Trailer Leasing and Maintenance service provider, Kirk NationaLease is frequently recruiting personnel to fulfill our shop staffing needs.
Our Corporate Recruiter plays a vital role in keeping our thriving business staffed with the best Technicians and Shop Managers available.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills will enable the Recruiter to utilize all of our company’s resources to locate and initiate the hiring process in order to fill our widespread positions. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in recruiting or a sales/customer facing role. This position will have direct report(s) within the Recruiting Department. Therefore, prior leadership/management experience is a plus.
Take Kirk NationaLease to the next level! Technology will play an integral role in the growth of our recruiting efforts in 2024. Experience with AI, Digital/Social, and Recruiting Platforms is a plus. The applicant will be expected to audit current processes within the department and create plans for improvement.
This position will require some travel across our 10 state locations maximizing the recruiting efforts which will include representing Kirk NationaLease at Job Fairs, visiting vocational school programs and holding Open House Interviews at our facilities. Travel expenses are paid and/or reimbursed.
