Summary: This role involves a broad range of responsibilities and involves partnering cross-functionally as a member of the e-commerce team with the operations, buying and retail teams. In this position as Ecommerce Operations Coordinator, you will have responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of MARKETPLACE: FARFETCH
Manage Farfetch operations including sending product to be shot and uploaded for slots, checking product back into KZ.com, as well as keeping e-commerce and buying teams up to date with Farfetch promotions, sales and best sellers
Manage photography process and coordination with KZ operations team
Manage Farfetch inventory and duplicate identification in coordination with KZ operations team
Manage Farfetch order and fulfillment flow with KZ retail teams
Manage and handle all Farfetch returns with KZ retail teams
Manage Farfetch Concierge program in coordination with KZ retail teams
Manage and handle all Farfetch customer service inquiries.
Qualifications & Requirements:
BA in Communications, Marketing, Merchandising or business preferred
2-3 years of experience
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Must have a mindset of impacting and driving sales as top priority.
Understand and comply with all Kirna Zabête policies and procedures.
Proficiency with all relevant software & technical skills, such as: Google suite, Microsoft suite, Shipping software; task management software, Adobe analytics and photoshop, Facebook Business, Icon square, Hootsuite, Amplitude, Fashion GPS or similar
