Job Summary
Provide clerical and administrative assistance to Disability and Testing Services. The Assistant assists in the processing of schedules, collection and reporting of data, referring students to campus services and providing general clerical and administrative support to the office.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience working in an office setting

- Assist with the coordination of the daily activities of the department. Assist with managing the Disability and Testing Services calendar and scheduling of exams.
- Maintain the website and portal content.
Maintain, process, and retain all documents applicable to the Disability and Testing Services Office.
- Process requisitions, encumbrances, payments and purchase orders for office needs and other items as needed
- Support the Disability and Testing Services Office by assisting with the answering of phones, with the pick-up and drop-off of tests, serving as a reader and back up to meet the requests of the students.
- Collaborate and work in partnership with Student Services to provide excellent customer service to students related to the functions of the Disability and Testing Services.
- Actively participate on departmental and College committees as assigned.
- Participate in professional development opportunities as necessary. Provide additional departmental support as assigned by the Director of Disability Services
- Manage student accommodation requests
- Create and manage DS student lists of current students and send mass informational emails to current students.
