The CRM Specialist is ideal for a responsive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about technology and customer service, aiming to make a significant impact on the operational success of our clients’ businesses.

Role:

We are seeking an energetic and client-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this crucial role, you will specialize in assisting clients with their onboarding into the GoHighLevel CRM and provide ongoing support through live chat. This position is vital in ensuring clients can leverage the CRM effectively to enhance their business operations and achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, dedicated to resolving issues and improving client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • CRM Onboarding: Guide new clients through the initial setup and implementation of GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring they understand how to use the platform to its full potential.
  • Live Chat Support: Provide real-time assistance and problem resolution for clients using the GoHighLevel CRM via live chat, helping to address any issues or questions promptly.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on the features and functionalities of the GoHighLevel CRM, including best practices for managing their customer relationships effectively.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, relaying feedback and insights from clients to the technical and development teams to help enhance the CRM platform.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure consistency and quality in support services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the success of the onboarding process and the effectiveness of live chat support, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including sales and technical support, to ensure a seamless client experience and quick resolution of complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support or client service roles, preferably within a technology or CRM-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, with a keen understanding of their operation and benefits to users.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in handling live chat interactions and conducting educational sessions with clients.
  • High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality service and achieving client satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving skills, with a capability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
