Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Client Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with gym owners to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their unique business needs, addressing their concerns, and advocating for their interests within the organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping fitness business owners achieve their growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with gym owners, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the organization.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' businesses to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
- Monitor client progress and results, providing regular updates and recommendations to optimize performance and drive ROI.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and additional services that align with clients' evolving needs and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Keep current with industry trends and best practices in fitness marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with clients to help them stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a marketing agency or consulting environment.
- Excellent communicator over the phone / video conference
- Experience with business to business (B2B)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

- Knowledge of the fitness industry and experience working in and around it is a plus, but not required.
