Administrative Specialist
The Kit Carson County Administration Office is currently hiring for a full time position of Administrative Specialist.
As an Administrative Specialist, you will perform a wide range of administrative duties including performing general clerical tasks such as managing accounts payable/receivables, vital records, providing payroll and personnel support, responding to phone calls and emails, and managing office equipment and supplies. Administrative Specialist may also be required to create reports and memos, and other Human Resource duties as assigned.
Administrative Specialist require a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must have a current Colorado driver’s license. Applicant must be organized, detail-oriented, extremely self-motivated.
Salary $14.43-$26.45 . Benefits include Health, Vision, Dental, Life insurance, and 3% match for retirement. KCC requires passing a background check and drug/alcohol testing.
