Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at Kitchen Kocktails. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring guests satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. The Restaurant General Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, hiring, training, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant.
Qualifications
**Applicants without prior restaurant GM experience will not be considered**
- P&L Management and Budgeting skills
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing staff
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively lead teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proven experience driving sales and guest count
- Experience in managing reservations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
