Kitchen Tune-Up Houston Sugar Land is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our expansion efforts in the Greater Houston area. As the largest Kitchen Tune-Up franchise in the region, we are looking for a results-oriented professional who is passionate about driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and client acquisitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, industry influencers, and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Track and analyze business development activities, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Represent Kitchen Tune-Up Houston Sugar Land at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
- Hire, Train, and Develop sales team members to make a difference.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the kitchen and bath remodeling industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
