At Kitchen365, we are building innovative SAAS products that meet the needs of companies in the kitchen cabinet industry. We build fast, efficient e-commerce websites for kitchen cabinet dealers. We are growing fast and looking to hire an experienced Lead Product Manager to support this growth. We are seeking a qualified leader to build and grow the Kitchen365 platform and lead a product team. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about the customer experience and has the analytical abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Product Manager is responsible for building and executing a product roadmap, ensuring that cross-functional product, delivery, and sales teams are working together to deliver business value. The Product Manager has an intimate knowledge of the current state of the business and technology and implements the plan to achieve the desired future state. This is a technical role but not a developer role, Lead Product manager is expected to provide oversight to several scrum teams to deliver a product roadmap.
Job Description
– Lead the product development with the Engineering Team; Owner of the platform that meets the need of several B2B clients on the Kitchen365 platform
– Work closely with development team release calendar – Define product roadmaps for all potential customer touch points (customer service, marketing, etc.)
– Recommend and implement testing strategy; prioritize and execute test plans
– Define strategy and execution aspects of content, commerce, and communication to drive business and customer acquisition in order to meet the company’s KPIs
– Provide and execute strategic recommendations to drive increased conversions throughout the customer product lifecycle experience
– Development of algorithms to define stacking and supply discovery
– Innovation on products leading to customer acquisition and retention
– Supervisory role. This role will be responsible for hiring product managers and building up the product development team
Requirements
– Computer Science degree from a reputable college must have; MBA preferred
– 4 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
– Prior experience in building and launching digital product capabilities
– Proven experience working as a product developer in a non-managerial role
– Solid technical background with experience in software development and web technologies
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives
– Experience working within the scaled agile development team
– Critical thinking skills that blend ability to be analytical, creative, focused and flexible
– Ability to translate complex ideas into clearly defined product definition and requirements
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders
