Job Summary:
Kitchens Inc. is seeking a full-time Accountant to join our team. Experience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google is highly recommended. Also, must be able to adapt and learn Innergy, which is a Manufacturing ERP software program.
Responsibilities:
Tasks will include, but not limited to, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, payroll, employee benefits, and setting up sales staff and commercial projects. The applicant must be task oriented, dependable, organized, and able to jungle a host of business matters and complete job functions efficiently and on time. The hours will be between 8-5, Monday-Friday.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial accounting software -Quickbooks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
