What are the responsibilities and job description for the End User Support Specialist position at Kite Realty Group?
- Focused on the management and administration of all End User IT hardware, peripherals, and software.
- Provides critical executive support, particularly around ensuring the highest level of support and performance of the tools used: laptops, mobile devices (iPhone), collaboration accessories, etc.
- Contributes continuously to coordinating and governing processes linked directly to acquiring, receiving, warehousing, distributing, tracking, installing, moving, adding, changing recovering, and disposing of IT hardware and/or software assets.
- Builds strong working relationships with members of the Kite Organization and associated vendors to ensure that hardware and software tracking data changes are known, understood, and addressed appropriately.
- Assists with maintaining processes to validate and reconcile software licenses entitlements and compliance.
- Acts as a key point of contact to the external MSP for incident and request management.
- Ensures proper disposal of hardware assets, including destruction of storage media and environmentally sound disposal of remaining components.
- Windows OS & Microsoft Office 365 knowledge required
