Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, Coach, and Motivate Field Sales Teams across diverse locations, including Colorado, Wisconsin, and Ohio, with occasional travel requirements.
- Drive Recruitment, Onboarding, and Training of field teams, ensuring alignment with Human Resources/Recruitment protocols.
- Oversee Day-to-Day Operations of Field Sales Teams, managing logistical aspects like scheduling, inventory control, travel arrangements, and vendor liaison, with periodic travel involvement.
- Cultivate and Strengthen Client Relationships with Store Management through regular visits and face-to-face interactions, incorporating travel as needed.
- Spearhead the sales process from inception to conclusion, fostering a robust sales culture within the team.
- Personally engage with stores to establish direct relationships and ensure adherence to company policies, balancing travel commitments with office responsibilities.
- Exemplify integrity and professionalism, fostering a cohesive, team-centric environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous credit card sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years in management roles, leading high-performing sales teams, with occasional travel expectations.

- Possession of a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation, essential for occasional travel requirements.
