Commission only

Compensation:

$80,000 - $175,000 Commission only

Responsibilities:

  • Prospects for Buyers
  • Convert incoming leads
  • Set and hold Buyer Consulting Appointments
  • Analyze the Buyer’s needs and goals
  • Provide Housing and Community Information Research
  • Preview and show homes
  • Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers
Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current Real Estate License in Colorado
  • Highly economically motivated
  • Great team player
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to embrace training, culture, and protocol accountability
