Role: Logistics and Fulfillment Manager
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Logistics and Fulfillment Manager who can navigate the bustling atmosphere of a startup. Your knack for getting things where they need to go will be crucial in delivering our products to our cherished customers. In the early stages, you’ll be right in the trenches, folding boxes, applying labels, and ensuring orders head out the door accurately and on time. As we grow, you’ll take the lead in managing a small, yet mighty team to keep our fulfillment operations humming.
Responsibilities:
- Dive into daily fulfillment operations: packing, labeling, and shipping orders with precision and care.
- Oversee and optimize logistics, ensuring a seamless, cost-effective flow of our goods.
- Manage warehouse dynamics including inventory control, storage, and distribution.
- Forge and nurture relationships with suppliers for timely material deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coordinated demand planning and order fulfillment.
- Harness Excel and other data analysis tools to scrutinize and elevate logistics performance.
- As we scale, recruit, train, and manage a fulfillment team to meet our growing demands.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends to continually refine our order fulfillment process.
Skills:
- Outstanding work ethic and can-do attitude.
- Grounded understanding of logistics principles and a willingness to get hands-on with daily fulfillment tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools for monitoring and analyzing logistics performance.
