Job Title: PSYCH-RN
Work Location: P.O. Box 649 Fort Defiance, AZ 86504
Shift: 12 hour day/night shifts must be flexible and possible work either three (3) 12-hour shifts or four (4) 12-hour shifts.
Qualification:
Five (5) year direct work experience as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Psychiatric Adolescent Care Unit.
Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory.
Valid American Heart Association (AHA) in Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintain certification. Obtain valid Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification or Crisis Prevention (CPI), MANDT or TEAM required.

Pay: $2,254.00 - $2,404.00 per week
