Purpose of the Position:
- Develop and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the company.
- Gain hands-on experience in all areas of operations to prepare for a future management role.
Primary Job Duties:
- Create SOPs for existing and new customers.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Provide strategic input to upper-level management to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Learn various aspects of the business through diverse training and work schedules.
Secondary Job Duties:
- Promote and develop the Courier Express company culture.
- Support operators with tools and resources for success.
- Assist management with goal setting, action plans, staffing, and service-related decisions.

- Ensure smooth operations and strong customer relationships across the company.
Qualifications:
- College degree and/or 3 years of managerial experience in the courier or transportation industry.
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to travel for projects
