Job Summary
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
Assist with accounts payable/receivable, estimating contracts & projects, writing maintenance contracts, and marketing tasks.
Construction or Trades office administration preferred but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate.
Essential Duties
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, relay information to owners. Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters and emails.
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. Make copies of correspondence or other printed material. Review work to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions. Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
Secondary Duties
Prepare and mail checks. Take dictation in shorthand or by machine and transcribe information. Arrange conference, meeting, or travel reservations for office personnel.
Make arrangements for owners personal travel needs including airline bookings, dog sitting services, etc. - -

Education
This position requires a high school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate).

Office Hours are: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
Compensation
$20/Hr (Based on experience) with room to grow!
