Company DescriptionKlassic Recruiting in partnership with our client Iberia Bank in the search for a Business Banking Relationship Manager in the Jacksonville, FL area.SUMMARYThe Business Banking Relationship Manager II is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding business relationships for a portfolio of mid-sized businesses.Job DescriptionBUSINESS BANKING RELATIONSHIP MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIESMakes retention and business development calls on existing and potential new customers.Develops new customer prospects and business for the Bank.Maintains prospect lists and business pipeline.As needed, interview applicants, completes required documentation and recommends loan products to customers.Determines best loan structure for customer and submits package for underwriting and approval.Verifies loan documents are complete and accurate according to approval.Coordinates and attends loan closings.Recognizes opportunities to offer customer(s) additional bank products and services to meet their needs.All other duties as assignedQualificationsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in business, finance, economics or other related field3-5 years of experience in loan administration.3 years of experience in small business or commercial lending2 years of credit analysis or loan underwriting experienceBusiness development skillsExceptional negotiation skillsExceptional knowledge of commercial lending policy, documents, regulations and requirementsJob Type: Full-timeRequired education:Bachelor'sRequired experience:Credit Analysis: 3 yearsLoan Administration: 3 yearsCommercial Lending: 3 yearsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
