Roles & Responsibilities of The Process Leader:
- Ensure all GMPs are followed
- Directs and guides operators and team members on proper operating procedures.
- Validate that all production standards are met within assigned area.
- Oversees deployment of training program in work area and assigns dedicated trainers to each new employee on area process.
- Oversees break rotation process of employees throughout work area.
- Ensure all employees in area are working safely. Identify and escalate any issues.
- Subject matter expert for assigned area.
- Identify and reduce waste
- Work closely with Shift Leader on process execution
- Expand job knowledge to other functional areas as necessary.
