ABOUT THE JOB
The running job title associated with this position is "Change Agent" and that title best explains the duties of our new team member. Why change agent? Because we are going to change the world! Ok, maybe not the world, yet, but we are changing the face of medical billing. Our patient success team is responsible for assisting patients through the entire billing cycle. We help answer their questions, process and understand their insurance claims, and assist in reasonable payment plans to manage their medical bills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good phone voice
- Strong problem solving skills
- Compassionate and empathetic
- Ability to interact well with all types of people
- Sense of urgency
- High School diploma or greater
- Bilingual (not required, but preferred)
- Medical terminology knowledge, Insurance and Billing knowledge preferred
