We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing information about the hotel and its services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Process payments and refunds as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
