RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support project managers with developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules and budgets
- Use Corps Project Management System (PROMIS) to manage projects and update data quality
- Train and mentor new Government schedulers
- Coordinate with stakeholders (i.e., District Project, Program, and Mission Managers)
- Spearhead projects in PROMIS (i.e., developing schedule activities and budgets)
- Execute PROMIS workflows and CEFMS interfaces
- Create and maintain project baselines in accordance to program guidance
- Help project managers with monthly updates for program reporting needs and incorporating changes
- Review PROMIS data quality to ensure compliance with corporate (HQUSACE), regional (NWD), and program standards
- Address inquiries about PROMIS data quality from higher-level authorities
- Offer one-on-one or small group training to new Federal employees using available training handbooks
- Maintain a schedule in Outlook, accessible to the COR (i.e., meetings, tasks, remote work, non-billable time)
- Respond to team chats, requests, calls, and or meetings
- Resolve scheduling and budgeting issues effectively and promptly
- Use PROMIS to check for project updates, schedule errors, and address quality concerns
- Conduct sound and actionable analyses of data quality issues
- Propose efficient data and process changes to improve efficiency and quality
- Handle urgent project updates (i.e., reporting of milestones with dates, budget changes, and program deadlines)
- Assess training performance based on hours invested and resultant improvements in trainee performance
- Submit accurate invoices with supporting documentation as required
- Maintain consistent and complete logs and Outlook calendars to substantiate contract hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), especially Outlook
- Highly organized and Detailed-oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in data analysis/assessment
- Progressive and relevant experience in Project/Business management or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree required

- Office Hours M-F, 6:00 am-5:00 pm
- Core Hours 9:30 am-2:30 pm
